With many years of experience in private and corporate security and investigations, I have had the privilege of working alongside hundreds of dedicated professionals in law enforcement. From this network, I have carefully selected the investigators who work with me at NCIS, choosing each one for their proven experience, professionalism and reputation for integrity.

With over 40 years of Public Law Enforcement and Private Investigation, Charles had worked in various Sections of the RCMP:

Québec Police Force (QPF)*
Yves Messier, Sergeant (ret.)
Prior to becoming a Police Officer, Yves worked as Loss Prevention Supervisor at various Eaton stores in the Montreal area
In 1989 he was assigned to the Candiac Detachment of the QPF as a Patrol Officer
He later assumed an investigative role at QPF Headquarters, specializing in alcohol, gambling, prostitution and contraband tobacco
He culminated his career in 2015 in the Intelligence Section where he worked on various Joint Task Forces with the SPVM and the RCMP focusing on Organized Crime
Note: Yves acts as an advisor on all Organized Crime cases.
Montreal Police Service*
Charles Rabbat, Inspector/Headquarters (ret.)
With 32 years of Law Enforcement, in the last 14 years with the SPVM, he was responsible for The Commercialization unit and the International Peace Keeping Mission, working under the umbrella of the SPVM, RCMP and the United Nations.

Director of investigation, for Insurance Bureau of Canada (Qc. & Maritimes)
